Warranty Policy

HYDSTAR HYDRAULIC warrants all new replacement parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Standard Parts: Up to 18 months
  • Diesel Engine Parts: 6 months after installation (max. 12 months from invoice)
  • Undercarriage Parts: 12 months
  • Electrical & Hydraulic Components: 6 months after installation (max. 12 months)
  • Ground Engaging Tools: 90 days

This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, lack of maintenance, modified products, or special-order and used parts.

For approved claims, HYDSTAR HYDRAULIC may replace the defective part, issue a credit, or reimburse authorized labor and maintenance costs. All warranty claims must be submitted through our service portal or authorized sales representative for evaluation.

What does the product warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use and operating conditions during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty periods vary by product category. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our support team for specific coverage details.

You can submit a warranty claim through our customer service portal or by contacting your sales representative. A detailed description of the issue and supporting information may be required.

Approved warranty claims may include labor reimbursement when authorized in advance and subject to the warranty terms and conditions.

In some cases, the defective part may need to be returned for inspection. Return instructions will be provided if required.

Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
